Notice of Hearing

Kansas Housing Resources Corporation (KHRC) will conduct a virtual public hearing to receive comments on the draft copy of the 2021 Weatherization State Plan. The draft plan can be found on KHRC’s website at https://kshousingcorp.org/forms/. The 2021 State Plan is very similar to the 2020 plan, but revisions have been made to increase the administrative limit and health and safety budget percentages, and to change the reweatherization date. Instructions and requirements of the 2021 State Plan Application can be found at https://www.energy.gov/eere/wap/downloads/wpn-21-1-program-year-2021-weatherization-grant-application.

Due to safety precautions with the recent Covid-19 pandemic, the hearing will be held virtually. The virtual hearing will be held at 2:30 p.m. March 18, 2021. Comments and suggestions received will become part of the public record. Additionally, written comments may be submitted on the plan.
